Lemon Tartar Sauce

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon 2 Teaspoon, freshly squeezed
  Lemon peel 1 Teaspoon, freshly grated
  Dill pickle 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Green onion 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Canned pimiento 1 Tablespoon, chopped (Optional)
Directions

MAKING
1. In small non-metallic bowl, add mayonnaise.
2. Add lemon juice and peel to it and whisk with a fork until well blended.
3. Stir in the pickle, onion and pimiento.

SERVING
4. Serve the tarter sauce as a dipping sauce or use to coat cold foods. It goes especially well with fried sea food or pan fried fish
