|Onion||1 Small, minced|
|Mushrooms||7 , diced|
|Beef bouillon crystals||1 Teaspoon|
|Beef bouillon granules||1 Teaspoon|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Hamburger rolls/2 french rolls, split and buttered||2 , split and buttered|
|Minced parsley||2 Tablespoon|
Shape meat into 4 patties.
In a frying pan, melt butter; saute onion and mushrooms until tender.
Add bouillon crystals, sour cream and Worcestershire sauce; heat to steaming.
Broil patties 4 to 5 minutes on one side; turn and broil 2 to 3 minutes.
Top each roll half with a meat patty, a serving of sauce and a sprinkle of parsley.
Makes 4 servings.
