Ingredients
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Do Not Substitute)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs), mixed with 1 teaspoon baking powder and pinch of salt and then sifted
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Cherry 1 Tablespoon
  Cherry bits 1 Tablespoon
  Citron slips 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add flour mixture and vanilla.
Chill dough.
Put dough into a cookie press and make round rings.
Keep remaining dough in refrigerator.
Decorate with cherry bits and citron slips to make a wreath.
Bake at 325 degrees about 10 minutes until lightly brown.
Yield: About 6 dozen.
