Healthy Tartar Sauce

Ingredients
  Reduced-calorie mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dijon style mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pickle relish 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped capers 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Mix together the mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl, along with the lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
2) Add the pickle relish, parsley and capers and stir well.

SERVING
3) Serve as preferred.
