Swiss and Spinach Sandwich

|Rye bread slice||2|
|Swiss cheese||2 Ounce, sliced|
|Alfalfa sprouts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1) Apply butter one slice of bread.
2) Top with cheese, spinach leaves, tomato slices and sprouts.
3) Close on top with remaining slice of bread.
4) Serve with your choice of dip or sauce else with soup or salad.
