Dutch Honey Bread

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs), unsifted
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2) In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients together.
3) Add the buttermilk, egg and honey. Blend well.
4) Pour into an oiled loaf pan.

MAKING
5) Bake for 45 to 60 minutes, till the crust is firm.

SERVING
6) Slice and serve as required.
