Easy Irish Coffee
|Strong coffee||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Irish whiskey||3 Tablespoon|
|Sweetened whipped cream||1 Tablespoon|
1. In an 8-ounce mug, pour the coffee.
2. Heat in the microwave at HIGH for under 1 1/2 minutes, until piping hot.
3. Add whiskey and stir to mix
4. Serve immediately topped with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
