Polish Sausage Stew

Ingredients
  Cream of celery 10 3⁄4 Ounce
  Cream of celery soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (Can)
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sauerkraut 27 Ounce, drained
  Canned sauerkraut 27 Ounce, drained
  Sausage 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into pieces
  Polish sausage 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 2 inch pieces and browned
  Potatoes 4 Medium, cubed
  Onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Monterey jack cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Monterey jack cheese 4 Ounce, shredded
Directions

MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, combine soup, sugar, and sauerkraut.
2) In the mixture, stir in potatoes, onions, sausage then cover and cook on low for 8 hours on on high for 4 hours.

SERVING
3) Sprinkle cheese and serve.
