Swedish Meatballs With Spiced Applesauce

Ingredients
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Fine bread crumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Applesauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Minced onion 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients, blend them all well and form forty eight small balls with it
2. In a pan, melt the butter, and brown the beef balls
3. Add about two cups of water to it and cook with the lid on for fifteen minutes

SERVING
4. Serve with rice or noodles
