|Stew meat||3 Pound, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes|
|Water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Potatoes||5 Medium, peeled, diced|
|Carrots||10 , peeled, sliced|
|Onions||2 Small, peeled, sliced|
1) In a slow cooker, place all the ingredients together, stir to mix well.
2) Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.
3) Serve immediately in individual serving bowls.
For a thicker sauce, blend 1/4 cup quick tapioca or 2 tablespoons flour with 1 cup water, stir into the stew, then cover and cook on HIGH for 15 minutes.
