Breakfast Crepes

Ingredients
  Eggs 4
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sifted all purpose flour 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Milk 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted and cooled to luke-warm
Directions

Beat eggs and salt together.
Add remaining ingredients.
Beat until smooth.
Let stand one hour.
Stir.
Put about 2 Tbsp batter on greased hot griddle.
Spread as thin as possible, 5 to 6 inches in diameter.
Cook first side until bubbles appear on top.
Turn and cook just long enough to set.
The crepes can be made ahead and stacked between sheets of wax paper, until filling is made.
