Glazed Smoked Shoulder Butt

Ingredients
  Cooked smoked boneless shoulder butt 3 Pound
  Crushed pineapple 9 Ounce
  Light brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cloves 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Maraschino cherries 3
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 375F.

MAKING
2. In a 12-by-8-by- 2-inch baking dish place butt slices, overlapping and add 1/2 cup water.
3. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes and drain off liquid.
4. In small saucepan combine rest of ingredients and bring to boiling.
5. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes, stirring.
6. Pour over meat and bake 30 minutes.

SERVING
7. Serve pork slices with the glaze spooned over.
