Swiss Cheese Fondue
|Swiss cheese||4 Cup (64 tbs), shredded|
|All purpose flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry white wine||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|French bread loaf||1 , cubed|
1) In a 1 1/2-quart dish or casserole, mix the cheese, flour, salt, nutmeg and pepper together, toss lightly to coat the cheese with the flour.
2) Stir in the wine, cover and cook in the microwave for 7 minutes, stirring during the last 2 minutes of cooking, until the cheese is melted.
3) Stir in the kirsch, mix well.
4) Serve immediately with cubed French bread on individual serving plates.
