Austrian Cantaloupe

This Austrian Cantaloupe recipe is right at the top of my favorite list. As a dessert, this Austrian Cantaloupe never fails to impress. Im sure i will hearing a thank you from your kitchen pretty soon!
Ingredients
  Brandy 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Confectioners sugar 1⁄4 Pound
  Lemon 1
  Cantaloupe 1
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Pint
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Maraschino cherries 6
  Mint sprig 6
Directions

MAKING
1) Mix the brandy, confectioners' sugar, and lemon juice and add over the cantaloupe.
2) Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
3) In a bowl, add in the sugar cream and whip till stiff.
4) Lightly stir the cantaloupe mix and spoon into dessert dishes.

SERVING
5) Top with whipped cream and garnish with cherries and mint.
