Ingredients
  Sauerkraut 1 Pound (1 Bag, Fresh)
  Vidalia onions 2 Large, sliced
  Pork chops 6
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a well greased cooker and arrange kraut, onions, and chops in layers.
2) Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.

SERVING
3) Serve with mashed potatoes and applesauce or cranberry sauce.
