Quick Irish Coffee
|Strong coffee||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Irish whiskey||6 Ounce|
|Sweetened whipped cream||4 Teaspoon|
1.Pour about 1/2 cup coffee into each of the 4 coffee mugs or better still the Irish coffee glasses if you have them. (make sure they are microwave safe). Alternatively, you can heat the coffee in one measure and then pour it into individual mugs or glasses.
2. Heat in the microwave for about 5 minutes until the coffee is piping hot.
3. Stir about 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 1/2 oz. Irish whiskey into each serving.
4. Top with whipped cream and serve immediately while coffee is piping hot.
5. Accompany each with one Irish butter cookie if you like.
