Ingredients
  Diced cooked chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Chopped celery 1⁄2
  Celery 1⁄2 , chopped
  Sliced pimiento stuffed green olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pimento stuffed green olive 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced
  Sliced green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced

Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium bowl, mix, chicken, celery, olives, green onion, blue cheese and mayo/salad dressing; mix together gently
2. Arrange one rusk or two zwieback for each serving in a 12"X7" baking dish and add the chicken mixture on them
3. Top each of them with a tomato slices, asparagus spears and slices of Swiss cheese
4. Crumble bacon over them and microwave for HIGH for four minutes until heated through

SERVING
5. Serve as required
