|Mayonnaise/Cooked salad dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sweet pickle relish||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Drained)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Capers||1 Tablespoon (Drained)|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Onion||1 Teaspoon, grated|
1) In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
2) Mix well.
3) Cover the bowl and refrigerate, until well chilled, at least 2 hours.
4) Serve the tartar sauce with grilled meat and fish.
