Dale and Shari's Beef Stroganoff
|Cubed beef||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) In a slow cooker, put the beef and cover with mushroom soup.
2) Cover the cooker and cook over low heat for 8 hours or over high heat for 4 to 5 hours.
3) Add the sour cream right before serving and stir well.
4) Serve hot over baked potatoes, cooked rice or pasta.
