Fish Chips

Fish Chips is definitely an all time favorite. Learn the simple easy way to prepare the authentic and delicious fish and chips. Serve them hot.
Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon, melted
  Frozen catfish 1 Pound, cut into small pieces
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl, sift flour, baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt together.
2)In another bowl, mix together eggs, milk and butter.
3)Mix both the mixtures and beat until smooth.
4)Sprinkle fish with lemon juice, pepper and salt to taste. Dip it into the batter.
5)In a pan, heat butter and fry the fish from both sides until golden brown.

SERVING
6)Serve the fish chips as snacks or side with rice or pasta or noodles.
