Dutch Green Beans

Ingredients
  Bacon/Ham chunks 1⁄2 Pound
  Onions 4 Medium, sliced
  Green beans 2 Quart (Use Fresh, Frozen Or Canned)
  Canned stewed tomatoes/Diced fresh tomatoes 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet, brown the bacon till it has crisped. Drain the bacon and keep 2 tablespoons of the drippings aside.
2) Into small pieces, crumble the bacon.
3) In the bacon drippings, sauté the onions.
4) In a slow cooker, combine together all the ingredients.
5) Cover the cooker and cook over low heat for 4 ½ hours.

SERVING
6) Serve hot.
