Chicken With Green Grapes

Ingredients
For marinade
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Catsup 1 Tablespoon
  Canola oil 2 Teaspoon
  White grape juice concentrate 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sweet paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried basil leaf 1 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Skinless boneless chicken pieces 1 Pound
  Seedless green grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use Fresh)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients.
2) Place the chicken into the marinade, cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

MAKING
3) Use a nonstick skillet to spray with vegetable cooking spray.
4) Add oil to heat.
5) Place the chicken pieces, to sauté until light brown.
6) Pour in the marinade, cover and simmer about 15 minutes.
7) Add grapes, cook until heated.

SERVING
8) Serve immediately on rice.
