Broiled Finnan Haddie
|Finnan haddie/Smoked haddock||2 Pound|
|Hot water||1 Quart|
|Melted butter||2 Tablespoon|
1) Cover the finnan haddie with hot water, soak for 10 minutes, drain, and keep aside.
2) Preheat broiler.
3) On a greased broiler rack, place the fish, brush with melted butter, and season to taste with pepper.
4) Broil under moderate heat until fish is done.
5) Check seasoning and serve.
