|Madeira wine||3 Tablespoon|
|Dill pickle||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Capers||1 Teaspoon, minced|
|Olives||1 Teaspoon, minced|
Thaw fish, if frozen.
Cut steaks into equal serving portions.
Arrange fish steaks in microwave-proof baking dish.
Season with Madeira, half the dill pickle, and the parsley.
Dot with butter.
Cover and cook 2 minutes.
Sprinkle steaks with the rest of the pickle, the capers and the minced olives.
Cover and cook an additional 2 minutes.
Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes.
Check to see if fish flakes easily when fork tested.
