|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Required)|
Cut meat into fairly small cubes.
Put into a casserole or earthenware pot and pour on just enough water to cover.
Put into preheated hot oven (400°F.) for 30 minutes.
Reduce heat to very slow (250°F.) and continue cooking for 5 to 6 hours.
This dish is always served from the pot in which it was cooked, with boiled potatoes.
