|Rhubarb/1 packet frozen||1 Cup (16 tbs), washed and sliced diagonally|
|Ginger slice||3 , julienned|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Porridge oats||2 Tablespoon|
1. Let the rhubarb with the chopped ginger, sugar and a little water gently stew until just tender.
2. Into a small baking dish pour.
3. Combine together the sugar, butter, oats and cinnamon and press on top of the rhubarb.
4. Let it bake in a 450F/230C oven for 10-15 minutes or until the top is brown and crispy.
