Blackberry Meringue Pie

Ingredients
  Eggs 3 , separated
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Melted butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Jam 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Dash
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Pastry shell 9 Inch (Unbaked)
  Marshmallows 14
  Light cream 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, using a the electric mixer beat the egg yolks
2) Add in the sour cream and 3 tablespoons of butter and jam and mix well
3) Adding the sugar, salt and the cornstarch
4) Pour the mixture into the pastry shell
5) Bake at 425F for 30 minutes
6) Allow to cool
7) On top of the double boiler, melt the marshmallows and add in remaining butter and the light cream
8) In another bowl, beat the egg whites and fold into the marshmallow mixture
9) Spread the meringue onto the pie
10) Bake at 350F for 15 minutes till meringue is browned

SERVING
11) Serve warm
