|Cream of tartar||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|White sugar||1 Tablespoon|
1. In a small, ovenproof dish place after mixing the mincemeat and brandy together.
2. Whip the egg whites, cream of tartar and sugar until they stand up softly in peaks.
3. Don't over beat.
4. On top of the mincemeat pile the meringue and let it bake for 10 minutes in a 400F/200C oven.
