Swiss Mushroom Consomme

Ingredients
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, finely chopped
  Dry sherry 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pepper 1
Directions

Simmer mushrooms in consomme until just tender.
Just before serving, stir in sherry and add pepper to taste.
