|Dry mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Processed american cheese||1 Pound, cut into cubes|
|Sharp cheddar cheese||1 Pound, cut into cubes|
|Bread slices/English muffins||1 Cup (16 tbs), toasted|
|Bacon strips||1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked|
|Tomato slices||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) In a slow cooker, add the beer, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; cook covered on HIGH for about 1-2 hrs or until boiling.
2) Add the cheese, stir continuously, until melted; cook uncovered on HIGH for about 20-30 min.
3) Spoon the mixture over the toasted bread or the English muffins, garnish with the crisp bacon strips and the tomato slices and serve on a nice dish.
