Chimichurri

Ingredients
  Red wine vinegar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Olive oil 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), minced
  Parsley 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), minced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Let stand at room temperature, cover, for 2 hours.
Serve sauce over broiled meats, steaks, sausages, etc.
This is very delicious
