Sugared Fruit Fool

Ingredients
  Frozen sweetened fruit puree 1⁄2 Pint, thawed
  Custard 3⁄4 Pint
  Natural yoghurt 3⁄4 Pint
  Demerara sugar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl mix the fruit puree and custard and add the yogurt in gently, in a way that it leaves a trail behind
2. Turn this into individual serving dishes and chill

SERVING
3. Sprinkle Demerara sugar just before serving
