Finally an interesting and easy recipe of Meringue has arrived. This Meringue as a Side Dish is a winner! You need to try this Meringue just once! You'll certainly remain loyal to it forever!
Ingredients
  Egg whites 4
  Cream of tartar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 475 degrees

MAKING
2. In a large bowl, beat the egg whites till stiff and frothy. Add the cream of tartar to the egg whites and beat well again.
3. Add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time; beat until stiff peaks form. Spread over ice cream and cake, swirling in peaks to cover completely. Bake at for 3 to 4 minutes; serve immediately.

SERVING
4. Serve chilled.
