Black Bean Tostadas

Ingredients
  6 inch corn tortillas 2
  Shredded reduced-fat monterey jack cheese 2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)
  Chopped pickled jalapeno pepper 1 Tablespoon, drained
  Spicy black beans with liquid 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained (Pre Packaged)
  Minced fresh cilantro 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cooking spray 1
  Thinly sliced lettuce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped tomato 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Diced avocado 2 Tablespoon
  30% less fat sour cream 2 Tablespoon (Such As Breakstone)
  Sliced green onions 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat your oven to 350°

MAKING
2. On a baking sheet, line the tortillas and bake them in the oven for about five minutes or more; turn them around and cook for another couple of minutes
3. Sprinkle about a quarter cup of cheese and a teaspoon and a half of jalapeno pepper over each tortilla and bake for another couple of minutes
4. In a small saucepan, combine spicy black bean, cumin and cilantro in a small saucepan coated with cooking spray, mash the beans, keep it over medium flame and cook till hot

SERVING
5. Spoon the bean mixtuve over tortillas, top with lettuce, tomato, avocado, sour cream and green onions before serving
