Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon-colored.
Beat in sugar and flavoring.
Stir in flour.
Fold in egg whites which have been beaten until stiff but not dry.
Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets, 2 inches apart.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for 12 minutes, or until pale golden-brown.
