Speedy Cabbage Borscht

Ingredients
  Coarsely shredded cabbage 4 Cup (64 tbs) (1 Small Head)
  Canned tomatoes 28 Ounce, cut up (1 Can)
  Cubed cooked lamb/Cubed cooked beef / pork 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Condensed beef broth 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs) (1 Soup Can)
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tart apple 1 Medium, peeled and diced
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a Dutch oven or large kettle. Mix all ingredients in it.
2) Boil the content and reduce heat.
3) Cover and simmer till cabbage is tender for about 30 minutes.

SERVING
4) Ladle into soup bowls and serve hot.
