Sour Cream Swiss Steak
|Round steak/Shoulder steak||2 Pound, cut in 1-inch cubes|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1) In a bowl mix flour salt, pepper and paprika. Roll the meat cubes in it.
2) In a sauce heat fat and add the meat to it.
3) Once it begins to brown, add thinly sliced onions.
4) When onion becomes translucent, add water and sour cream.
5) Cook covered in simmering heat for 1 hour till tender. Don't allow the liquid to boil.
6) Serve hot.
