Danish Onions

Ingredients
  Onions 8 Medium, peeled
  Crumbled blue cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Rich white sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Cayenne To Taste
Directions

Boil onions in salted water until tender.
Drain; mix with cheese in white sauce.
Season; simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve on potatoes
