Austrian Ham And Noodle Dish

Ingredients
  Wide noodles 1⁄2 Pound, broken
  Cooked ham 1 Pound, diced
  Light cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated parmesan cheese/Grated swiss cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Melted butter/Melted margarine 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook and drain noodles.
Combine with ham.
Place in buttered shallow baking dish.
Beat cream and eggs together.
Add salt (if the ham is not salty) and pepper.
Pour over ham and noodles.
Sprinkle with cheese and butter.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for 45 minutes.
