Austrian Ham and Noodle Dish
|Wide noodles||1⁄2 Pound, broken|
|Cooked ham||1 Pound, diced|
|Light cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Grated parmesan cheese/Grated swiss cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Melted butter/Melted margarine||2 Tablespoon|
Cook and drain noodles.
Combine with ham.
Place in buttered shallow baking dish.
Beat cream and eggs together.
Add salt (if the ham is not salty) and pepper.
Pour over ham and noodles.
Sprinkle with cheese and butter.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for 45 minutes.
