Hungarian Goulash

This is a classic Hungarian Goulash recipe that you would love bringing on to your dinner table. A step by stepguide to a delicious complete meal that the entire family would love. Try it!!
Ingredients
  Beef steak 2 Pound
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onions 1 Pound, sliced
  Paprika 2 Teaspoon
  Stewed tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Beef stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Lemon peel 1 , chopped
  Caraway seed 2 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Noodles 1 Pound
Directions

MAKING
1) Using a sharp knife, cut the beef steak into bite sized pieces
2) In a heavy pan, melt the ¼ cup of butter and tip in the steak and onions
3) Sauté the onions till tender
4) Add in the paprika and the tomatoes
5) Mix together the beef stock, garlic, lemon peel, caraway seed and add to the beef mixture
6) Allow the mixture to cook for 45 minutes to an hour
7) In a bowl, add about 2 tablespoons of butter and add in the flour to make the paste
8) Tip in the beef steak mixture
9) Cook till thickened
10) Prepare the noodles according and then once cooked, drain into the colander

SERVING
11) Serve the beef steak mixture over a plate of mounted noodles
