Gooseberry Crisp

Ingredients
  Frozen unsweetened gooseberries 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Sugar 4 Ounce
  Orange rind 1 Tablespoon (Grated From 1 Fruit)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (A Little)
  Butter 2 Ounce
  Demerara sugar 2 Ounce
  Cornflakes 2 Ounce
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a casserole and put the orange rind, water, sugar and gooseberries in it
2. In a saucepan, melt the butter; add sugar and cornflakes to it and stir it well
3. Top the gooseberries with the cornflakes and cook in the oven for half an hour or more at 350°F or until it turns crisp and golden

SERVING
4. Serve this in the same dish as it was cooked in
