|Cucumber||3 Inch, peeled and diced|
|Tomatoes||2 Small, skinned and sliced|
|Spring onions||4 , chopped|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil/Vegetable oil||2 Teaspoon|
1) Take 4 small dishes; place cucumber and tomato on them and top with onion.
2) Make a mixture of lemon juice, oil, salt and sugar and spoon over the salad.
3) Use with rye bread or crisp bread and butter.
