|Puff pastry||1⁄2 Pound|
|Soft cheese||1⁄2 Pound (Such As Cream, Cottage, Or Ricotta)|
|Minced parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
Roll out dough and cut into rounds.
Mix cheese, parsley, and egg together, adding 1 tablespoon of milk if too dry.
Put 1 spoonful of mixture on each pastry round, double over, and seal edges with milk.
Place on greased baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned.
May also be deep fried.
