Ingredients
  Cheese 1 Pound, finely grated
  Softened butter 2 Ounce
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
  Ground mace/Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Sweet sherry/Port /dry sherry 1⁄4 Pint
  Sugar 1⁄2 Pint
  Melted butter/Margarine 2 Ounce
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, add all ingredients together to combine with a wooden spoon or fork to make a stiff paste.
2) Use the small pots to fill with the mixture.
3) Top with butter or margarine.
4) Place inside refrigerator to chill.

SERVING
5) Serve chilled with any savory snacks item.
