Beef Stroganoff With Egg Noodles

Ingredients
  Lean boned beef sirloin steak 6 Ounce
  Sliced mushrooms 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sliced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Beef broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomato sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sherry 3 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  50% sour cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Low fat variety, Such As Daisy)
  Cooked medium egg noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs) (cooked Hot, without salt or fat using about 1 Cup Uncooked)
  Chopped parsley 2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Trim the fat away from the steak and cut it diagonally into quarter inch wide strips

MAKING
2. On a nonstick skillet, place the steak slices and cook for about three minutes; drain the water
3. Place the skillet over medium to high heat until hot; add the steak again along with mushrooms, onions and garlic and saute for a couple of minutes
4. Add beef broth sherry, tomato sauce, salt, pepper nad Worcestershire sauce and bring it to a boil
5. Cover the skillet, turn the heat down and allow to simmer for a litrtle less than an hour; add sour cream when the meat is tender

SERVING
6. Serve with noodles and sprinkle parsley on top before serving
