Ham 'N' Swiss Cheese Sandwiches
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened (1/2 Stick)|
|Grated onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Cooked ham slice||6|
|Swiss cheese slice||6|
1. Take a bowl and cream butter in it. Add onion and mustard to it.
2. Brush the cut sides of buns with butter mixture. Add ham to the bottom halves of buns, and cover it with cheese and top with another portion of bun half.
3. Take a paper towel and neatly wrap each sandwich bun into it and microwave it for about a minute at medium high until the cheese melts down. 3 of such sandwich buns can be heated a t a time.
4. Serve as required.
