Tiny Barbecued Ribs

Ingredients
  Spareribs 1⁄2 Pound, cut across bones into halves
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Chili sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Packed brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry white wine 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), finely chopped
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Make individual pieces from spareribs cut out between each rib.

MAKING
2) Put the ribs, flesh sides up, in 11 x 7 x 1 1/2" dish.
3) Combine remaining ingredients.
4) Spoon it over ribs.
5) Chill covered for at least 2 hours.
6) With a wax paper cover ribs.
7) Microwave on high (550 watts) for 3 min [4 min]. Rotate dish 1/2 turn.
8) Microwave till ribs are done for further 2 to 4 min [5 to 9 min longer].

SERVING
9) Serve hot.
