Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Caraway seeds 1 Tablespoon, crushed
  Capers 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Chives 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Dry mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Anchovy 1 , chopped
  Paprika 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Sieve the cheese through a ricer.
2) Cream butter and stir in with cottage cheese, caraway seeds, chives, mustard, and anchovy.
3) Make a mound with the mixture and garnish with salad greens.
4) Sprinkle paprika.

SERVING
5) Serve as appetizer or salad.
