Best Ever Fruit Crumble

Ingredients
  Fruit 8 Ounce (2 Kilogram)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 3 Ounce (75 Gram)
  Plain flour 4 1⁄2 Ounce (125 Gram)
  Hazelnuts 5 Ounce, toasted (140 Gram)
  Rolled oats 1 Ounce (25 Gram)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soft brown sugar 2 1⁄2 Ounce (75 Gram)
  Demerara sugar 2 3⁄4 Ounce (50 Gram)
  Unsalted butter 4 1⁄2 Ounce (125 Gram)
  Cream/Greek yogurt 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Trim and slice the rhubarbs into chunks; peel, core and slice the plums and apples and place in a shallow, oven proof dish
2. Sprinkle lemon zest and juice, add about fifty grams of sugar if too tart; meanwhile, heat the oven to 170C/fan 150C/gas 3

MAKING
3. For the crumble topping, in a food processor, add flour, hazelnuts, cinnamon, oats, sugar and unsalted butter by the chunks and pulse until you get the consistency of large bread crumbs
4. Add it to the oven proof dish and bake for half an hour until the topping is pale golden

SERVING
5. Serve warm with cream or Greek Yogurt
