Savory Bread And Butter Pudding
|Bread slice||6 , buttered|
|Cheese||8 Ounce, grated|
|Eggs||3 , beaten|
|Tomatoes||4 Ounce, sliced|
1) Combine together milk, eggs and seasonings.
2) Take a 2-pint greased pie dish and fill it with layers of bread and cheese.
3) Top with egg mixture and decorate the edges of dish with tomatoes.
4) Place the dish in a tin of hot water and bake for about 45 minutes on the top shelf of oven until just set and puffy.
5) Serve hot.
